Terms & Privacy Policy

Our booking, cancellation, and house policies, and how we handle your information. These apply to all stays at Hotel Jetway, Mahipalpur, New Delhi.

Booking Terms

  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly. Please review the booking and cancellation policies for your booking.
  • In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
  • You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
  • Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is from 12:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Passport, Aadhaar, driving licence, and government-issued photo ID are accepted as proof of identity. Local IDs are accepted.

Cancellation Rules

  • If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is done between 5 and 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
  • If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

House Rules

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Outside food is not allowed.
  • Unmarried couples are welcome.
  • Non-smoking and smoking rooms are available; please state your preference when you book.
  • This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that guests provide while using this website.
  • We are committed to ensuring that guests’ privacy is protected. Any information collected will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
  • We at Hotel Jetway are committed to the privacy of everyone who accesses our website. We only collect personal data as required to provide better service, process requests, and share relevant information.
